Plot sizes range from 150,200 sq.yds onwards and in multiples. Plot will be registered on payment of total cost. Registration charges will be borne by the member. Extra cost for additional area shall be paid by the member.

Note: The above mentioned plot cost will be valid for 2 months from the end of the scheme. After that members have to pay the revised rate.

1. a) 50 feet road facing plot cost extra @ Rs.50/- per sq.yd
2. b) Corner plot cost extra @ Rs. 25/- per sq.yd.
3. c) These extra costs shall be paid at the time of booking itself.

1. Members can reserve the plot of their choice out of available plots and obtain confirmation letter from the office on first come first serve basis by paying Rs.1,00,000/- (for 150 sq.yds.) in advance Rs.1,50,000/- (for 200 sq.yds.) in advance.
